Manifest V3

This is the current extension package for testing Subi in Chrome. Verify the SHA-256 checksum after download, then load the extracted folder using the steps alongside.

INSTALL IN CHROME

Install the test build

  1. 01
    Extract the ZIP

    Do not select the extension folder from inside the compressed archive.

  2. 02
    Open Chrome extensions

    Go to chrome://extensions, then enable Developer mode in the upper right.

  3. 03
    Load unpacked

    Select the extracted Subi folder that contains manifest.json.

  4. 04
    Refresh the YouTube tab

    Refresh any YouTube tab that was already open so Subi can inject into the current page.

First confirm that the extension is enabled. Reloading, updating, or first installing the extension requires a refresh of any YouTube tab that was already open.
